Compared to the other industries, hospital is still a new market for most of the German green service and solution providers in China. There are a few large scale Chinese design institutes who are specialized in hospital design and have long time experience, eg. Shangdong and Zhejiang Architectural design institute. However, with the development of the health care reform, China is facing new challenges for upgrading existing health care facilities and building new energy efficient hospitals. This opens more opportunities for German architects and green technology providers to get involved into the industry. Germany is undoubtedly an ideal partner with rich experiences in hospital projects from design, construction, operation and maintenance.

The event offered a diversified international cooperation platform for cementing advanced technology and construction experience exchanges in the global hospital building field and promoting economic and trade cooperation between enterprises and hospitals.
